On an old house with a quadrangular floor plan and in poor condition, it was decided to fragment the volume with a central patio that divided the spaces.
In this way, bedrooms open to rural views are distributed on the first floor and the kitchen and living room areas are distributed on the ground floor. Unifying both levels we find a double height that allows us to sense the lower level from the access.
The will to integrate the exterior into the interior and to conserve rough and sincere materials typical of the area stands out. For all this, it was decided to combine the white plaster and the stone, separating the different levels of the façade.
The garden surrounds the house and the pool and is intertwined with the rural view.
